Returns & Refunds policy
1. General Policy
Our mentorship platform provides digital services, including online classes, time-management coaching, and psychological guidance sessions. Because these services involve expert time, live interaction, and personalized support, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of the services provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Live Classes / Mentorship Sessions
Refunds may be issued only if:
You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
The session could not be delivered due to a technical or scheduling issue on our side.
You accidentally purchased the wrong program and contact us within 12 hours of payment, provided no session has been attended.
Refunds cannot be provided if:
You already attended the session fully or partially.
You request cancellation after the session has occurred.
You purchase a package and use any part of it (one or more sessions).
b. Psychological Guidance Sessions
Because these sessions involve confidential and personalized interaction, refunds are granted only if:
The session did not take place due to the mentor’s unavailability.
You cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds are available after the session has started.
c. Digital Materials & Time Management Tools
All downloadable tools, worksheets, templates, or pre-recorded content are non-refundable, as they are considered delivered upon purchase.
3. Subscription / Program Packages
If you purchase a multi-session program:
You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used any session.
Once a session is used, the program is considered active and non-refundable.
You may request to reschedule sessions within the terms mentioned above.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Missed sessions without notice will be marked as completed and are non-refundable.
5. Special Circumstances
We may offer partial or full refunds in exceptional cases, such as:
Verified medical emergencies
Technical issues that prevent the session from happening
Service provider cancellation or unavoidable disruption
Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at refunds@theunhackables.com with:
Your full name
Order ID
The service purchased
Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the current policy.
